At EVARING, our mission is to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions that reduce operational burden while improving safety and environmental concerns. Through our EVARING product, we aim to support vegetation control and protection around airfield infrastructure worldwide.

How We Began

Founded in 1997

Founder Donald "Don" Fitzwater was gifted with the ability to recognize a problem and develop a solution to solve it.

As a pilot turned airport manager, Don gained expertise in the aviation industry and nearly 50 years of airport maintenance experience. After struggling to control vegetation growth around runway lights, he devised a simple solution: the EVARING.

Convinced others could benefit from the EVARING, Don started manufacturing the product in a town nearby and going to industry tradeshows. Nearly 30 years later, Don's daughter and grandson are continuing his legacy by providing a safe, sustainable and cost-effective solution to customers.
